six things we can do while we are stressed out on election day.

Hi, guys. I think I'm good. I'm feeling good. But then again people are crazy and I felt the election stress pop up and hit be a few times today. So here's just a few things that have helped me to be present and peaceful, and check out a little too, in this nutty season. 1. Phone a friend and just ask 'em what's up. Listen, and show them some support.  2. Take a walk. But, when you do, smile and say hello to everyone you pass. Really do it. Especially to the folks who aren't expecting this from you. It's gonna make their day (and yours, too). This is for sure on my to do list tomorrow. It always turns a bad day around. 3. Listen to  this sermon series , Kings and Kingdoms , (on, welp, yeah, politics) from my church. I do love my church so much. We are very blessed and they do many things very, very well.
