Headlines this week in the fairly quiet life of this stay-at-home mama:
#1. I've got Augie weaned! Yeaaaahhhh! I made it a whole year. I'm glad I was able to nurse him for this time but I was really ready to be done. He isn't a baby anymore, he's big and fast and strong-willed and while I enjoyed those quiet moments I am happy to be free and I am excited for this next stage of little-boyhood. He's so fun.
#2. I got my nose pierced. Yes, yes, go on, I know. Dru has been teasing me, too. He says it's a mid-life crisis. Haha. I've been wanting to do it a long time and finally did. I like it. It just adds a little sparkle. And, I can tell he does, too. :)
