thankful for...
My house.
I really am. I'm thankful to you, God, for providing us with a house.
I know, it sounds like such an expected answer to the "What are you thankful for?" question. But, really, I am so grateful for a roof over our heads and a safe, comforting place to lay my kids down at night. When I think about tent cities in Haiti...and the dirt floors that become mud after it rains, I wonder what it feels like to have no where to lay your kids down at night.
MOST people do not live with the provisions we do. I am so, so grateful and wonder--why us?
