Callie and I and the niece's took her out for tea and chocolate (Dru crashed the froo-froo tea party, too). Then we celebrated at my parents house that night. Violet has attended a couple birthday parties recently and "gets it" now. She loves the cake and balloons and all the hoopla. She said "HAPPY MEG!" all day long...she's starting to put together sentences but often forgets major words..."birthday", for example.
