I'm glad you asked, Katherine. These brownies really are delish. I've been making them quite regularly, actually. On occasion I may have even made them for friends or parties and failed to mention that they are gluten-free. Oops. Well, they always disappear rather quickly nonetheless. I will be trying the Gluten free girls brownies. The Bob Red Mill brownie mix is great too. My in laws make them and they aren't even gluten free! Thanks for the tip.

With all the weird ways my body is reacting lately I'm wondering if I have allergies or such. I was thinking of reasons I "couldn't" go gluten-free and the first thing on the list was brownies. So you got that one covered! Thanks for the recipe. Looks super yum! I hope to figure out the other things holding me back and see what you suggest.
