Violet has a new little friend named Caroline. Caroline is three and though they are not close in age they are a perfect pair. Caroline loves babies and Violet loves children. It is so cute to watch the two of them play together. Caroline is to tender and sweet with V. She talks to her in a baby voice and tells me she can change diapers, feed bottles, feed cereal, read books to V, take her to the park and even take care of her all by herself if I would like to leave. She loves to put her arms around Violet, hug her and help her in any way she can.

Violet is SO entertained by Caroline's presence. She giggles when Caroline is in the house even just talking and is mesmerized by her dancing and playing. She watches her every move. I can just see Violet light up! It's so interesting to me how even little babies know who other children are and feel a bond with them and want to play and be like them. As a mom, it's such a good feeling when someone just adores your baby...even if that someone is three!!
