Thanks for the books Grandma Sally!!

She loves reading stories...



For years now Dru's mom has been giving us children's books. Even before we had Violet she was always thinking of her future grandkids and working on a collection for us...we have some great books! She's a kindergarden teacher so she knows best! I didn't think we would start reading them so early but one day Dru just pulled out a stack of books and started reading...she was mesmorized! She loves just staring at the pictures and hearing the sound of our voices. Can't wait to laugh with her when she finds out what's really going on in "No, David."

Awww man. I love me some David books. "David Goes To School" has been a big hit in our household.

That's so sweet Erin. She looks so content on her daddy's lap. I hope you have fun memories of reading books over and over again. i have so many of them memorized by heart now!

cute! can't wait to see Violet in the bumbo, too :) remember the day you were over babysitting and Charlotte fell out of her bouncy seat?? hopefully the bumbo will be safer for Ford! p.s. that never happened again or to James (I really am a good mom!)
